It’s Spring, So Give Your Floors a Face Lift! With A Cleaning Service in Minnesota

Here are some tips that we have for floor care, that we have compiled over the last 12 years in doing floor care.

Stripping and Waxing Tile:

There is a right way, a wrong way, and Pat’s way of doing floors.  I have worked very hard for the last 12 years to show numerous customers that their floors could be brought back to life, and with proper care their floors can stay looking like glass for up to 2 years.  I start out by making sure all of the old finish is completely removed, and then I clean all the baseboards and corners by hand with steel wool.  I also make sure everything is completely rinsed and neutralized before applying several coats of top quality sealer and wax.  This process takes extra time, but the results are well worth it.  Once the job is done, I also offer periodic cleaning and high speed polishing services that will bring back their floors gloss.  Don’t let other services fool you into believing that you have to strip and wax every few months, because this is not true in most cases.  Ask me what I can do for you.  

Quarry Tile, Stone Floors, and Grout Cleaning: 

Have you got this type of floor and don’t know what to do to bring it back to life ?  I have done several types of Stone and Quarry Tile floors, and I have also cleaned all kinds of grout.  I have also done Mexican Tile, and some of these floors can have a sealer and wax applied to them, although this is not always recommended.  Please let me know your situation, and I will do my best to help.
